Reflow soldering ovens

HELLER

    Heller Industries is an American company founded in 1960. It is specialized in manufacturing of horizontal and vertical reflow ovens for soldering of PCBs, as well as for curing of glue, conformal coatings and other organic materials. Their factories are located in the USA, South Korea and China.
    During the 80's the company introduced for the first time in the world reflow ovens with forced convection, with independent control of top and bottom heating zones and with flux separation system working without interruption of the reflow process. For these and other achievements the company received several times the Vision award – the most prestigious recognition for innovation in electronics.
   More than 20 000 Heller ovens have been delivered to customers all around the world.
   MK7 is the latest series of forced convection reflow ovens featuring the lowest el. power and nitrogen consumption, shortest times for changeover of temperature profiles and regular maintenance.
    MK5 is the previous series of these ovens, which proved over many years its high reliability and stable performance in Bulgaria and over the world.
