The magazine loader is used when a magazine of PCB’s needs to be loaded into a production line, this units is capable of handling 1 magazine that can be easily accessed from the front (or rear) of the machine. It is used for low and medium volume production.

An arriving PCB is taken from the conveyer in front of the Unloader up by the attached conveyor and then pushed into the magazine by a specially designed pusher. The system is good for low to medium volume production.
