Using SMEMA interface, this unit successfully links any SMT machines. This conveyor can work in inspection mode and linking mode.

Conveyor which cools down PCB's after the reflow oven in the SMT line. This Cooling conveyor for PCB's is available with touch screen controlled cooling fans, on top or bottom. The cooling time length is available to setup on the touch screen software.

This vertical buffer is designed to have the function as FIFO/ LIFO (First in, First Out/ Last in , First Out) and by-pass functions. It can store up to 20 PCB's

The magazine loader is used when a magazine of PCB’s needs to be loaded into a production line, this units is capable of handling 4 magazines that can be easily accessed from the front (or rear) of the machine. It is used for high volume production.

An arriving PCB is taken from the conveyer in front of the Unloader up by the attached conveyor and then pushed into the magazine by a specially designed pusher. The system is good for low to medium volume production.
