BA889

Automatic inline P+P machine for medium volume production with up to 96 feeders and max. speed of 18 800 cph (IPC 9850). The BA889 is equipped with a digital optical centering system that enables image processing directly on the placement head "Vision on the Fly". It guarantees the optimal measurement of SMD components such as 01005, SOIC, PLCC, BGA, uBGA, CSP & QFP as well as odd-shaped components up to a grid of 0.3 mm. Components larger than 16x14mm are measured using an digital "bottom vision" camera. Component sizes up to 150x100mm are possible on this stationary digital camera. EtherCAT sets new standards for real-time performance and topology flexibility. Strongly simplified machine architecture and more efficient processes. CANBUS connects all the modules working throughout the feeder controlling, so that they can work together to run effectively, more intelligence and fewer wires.
